Introduction

A healthy version of a standard Banana Bread recipe using whole wheat flour, sugar substitute, and egg substitute. Ingredients

    3 ripened bananas, mashed
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup Equal Spoonfuls or Splenda
    1/2 cup Egg Beaters
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Grease a loaf pan
Mix the bananas & egg substitute together in a large bowl.
Stir in flour, sugar substitute, salt and baking soda
Add walnuts and blend
Put batter in pan and bake for 1 hour
Remove from pan to a racck.
Serve warm or cooled, as you like it.
