Introduction

Ingredients

    - 10 Whole Hard-boiled Eggs
    - 3 Tablespoons Fat Free Plain Yogurt
    - 3 Teaspoons Vinegar
    - 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Dill
    - 1 c. Chopped Red Bell Pepper
    - 1/4 c. chopped green onions
    - Salt and pepper to taste

    Really add whatever ever sounds good to you -- cucumbers, pickles, celery, fresh herbs, etc.

Directions

Peel all eggs and place on a bowl. Remove yolks from half of the eggs (optional). Gently mash eggs with a fork. Add all ingredients and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Makes 4 3/4 c. servings.
