Ingredients

9 whole wheat lasagna noodles
1 lb ground turkey
2 cups frozen spinach, thawed and drained.
4 oz sliced mushrooms
4 slices provolone cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 tbs shredded italian 3 cheese blend
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 can Hunts garlic and herb spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 cups water
1 tsp basil
3 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large skillet brown the meat, and sliced mushrooms and drain off any excess fat.
Add spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, water, garlic and basil to the browned meat.
Simmer 10 minutes.
In a 9 x 13 baking dish add 1 cup of sauce to the bottom of the pan.
Arrange 3 uncooked pasta pieces over the sauce.
Add 1 cup of sauce over the pasta pieces.
Add 1 cup thawed spinach
Add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Arrange 3 uncooked pasta pieces over the cheese.
Add 1 cup sauce.
Add 1 cup of thawed spinach.
Add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Arrange 3 uncooked pasta pieces over the cheese.
Top with remaining sauce, the 4 slices of provolone cheese, and the shredded italian cheese blend.
Cover with foil.
Bake 45 minutes.
Remove foil.
Bake 10 more minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into 8 pieces.
