Introduction

This is my favorite potato salad. This is my favorite potato salad.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    4-6 potatoes, boiled
    3-5 hard boiled eggs
    6 pickle spears
    1 can black olives
    1-2 cups mayo (I use lite)
    2 tbsp mustard
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 tbsp dill pickle juice

Directions

cut up potatos, eggs, pickles, black olives. Mix all ingredients together. Salt and pepper to taste. Can be served right away, however, it does taste better when after it sits in the fridge overnight.

Makes 10 (one cup) servings
