Nice no mayo cole slaw. Nice no mayo cole slaw.
Number of Servings: 10


    1 Cup Olive Oil, 1 Cup Rice Vinegar, 2 small onions, 9 baby carrots, 2 tbls. orange juice, 1/2 tsp soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
    1 Bag of Cabbage Slaw
    1 Bag of Broccoli Slaw
    5 oz of peanuts to sprinkle on top.


Mix two bags of slaw in very large bowl. Mix all the wet ingredients in food processor. Pour 2 cups over the slaw and reserve the rest for another use in the refrigerator. Makes 10 - 1 Cup servings or 20 - 1/2 cup servings. Makes sure to leave overnight. Sprinkle the peanuts on top as you serve.
