    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 160 grams (remove)
    Onions, raw, 75 grams (remove)
    *Ground Chicken PC Extra Lean, 2.5 cup (remove)
    *Fiesta Fancy Light Chili Powder no salt added, 5 tsp (remove)
    Dried White Kidney Beans, 4 oz (remove)
    Dried Black Beans, 4 oz (remove)
    Dried Chickpeas, 4 oz (remove)
    *Tomatoes - PC Blue Menu Diced - No Salt Added (125 ml), 3.5 cup (remove)
    *Mott's Garden Cocktail Low Sodium, 12 oz (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 200 grams (remove)


prepare all beans the night before and cook till ready
chop onions and bell peppers
add to pan over high heat to soften
when softened, add chicken and chili powder and brown
in large pot, add all ingredients and let simmer until thickened
serve in bowls with low-fat cheese and sour cream
