Ingredients

    2 cans Bush's Black Beans
    2 cans Bush's Black Eyed Peas
    1 can White Shoepeg Corn
    1 bunch cilantro chopped
    5 Tomatoes Chopped
    1/2 Red Onion Chopped
    3 Limes squeezed for juice
    1 Tbsp. Ken's Italian Dressing
    Nature's Seasoning

Directions

Drain black beans, black eyed peas and corn. Chop tomatoes, onion and cilantro. Squeeze 3 limes. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Add Italian dressing and Nature's Seasoning. Best when chilled overnight before serving.
Makes 24 - 1/2 cup servings.
