    3 tbsp olive oil
    1/4 cup corn starch
    1/4 cup corn meal mix
    1 tsp table salt
    1 tbsp black pepper

Directions

Prepare okra
Heat olive oil in skillet until water dances
Shake okra in bag with corn starch, corn meal mix,
black pepper and salt
Fry until golden brown turning often
