Introduction

Good for a hot summer day without a lot of calories!! Good for a hot summer day without a lot of calories!!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 Cucumber
    4 Vine Ripe Tomatoes
    1/4 c red wine vinegar
    1/3 c extra virgin olive oil
    3 tsp minced garlic or 3 cloves of garlic minced
    salt
    black pepper
    onion powder

Directions

Dice tomato and cucumber. Put in bowl and add garlic. Mix ingredients. Add vinegar and olive oil and mix until all of the vegetables have been covered. Add salt, black pepper and onion powder to taste. Put in refrigerator and let sit for 45 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!!
