this is a simple dish that works with almost any veggies. The kicker is finding the Balsamic and roasted onion marinade to cook it with. Ingredients

    * Cabbage, chinese (pak-choi), raw, 2 head (remove)
    * Zucchini, 3 cup, sliced (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    * Ken’s Steak House Marinade: Balsamic & Roasted Onion, 8 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Chop all veggies
Spray non stick cooking spray into a frying pan
add veggies when pan is hot
cook veggies until tender but still crisp. (about 8-10 minutes over medium heat)
Toss the veggies in the marinade and serve.
