This is a simple stirfry with lots of veggies! This is a simple stirfry with lots of veggies!

Ingredients

    1 c. carrots
    .5 c celery
    1.5 c broccoli
    1 c cauliflower
    .5 c snap peas
    .5 c mushroom
    1.5 c firm tofu
    1 tbsp hoisin sce
    1 tbsp oyster sauce
    1 tsp sesame oil
    3 c cooked brown rice (1 c uncooked)


Directions

spray pan with cooking spray
steam broc and cauli
stir fry other veggies (carrot, celery and onion first)
add steamed veggies
add tofu
add sauce
serve w. brown rice.
