Ingredients

1/2 tsp walnut oil
Onions, raw, 1 medium, chopped
Swiss Chard, 1 cup, stalks only (from 1 bunch, washed well).
Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, 4 oz
1 tsp whole wheat flour
3 tbsp panko bread crumbs
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Boil Swiss Chard stems whole in some water, for about 8 minutes. Place in bottom of casserole dish.
While those are boiling, chop onion and add to pan with walnut oil. When those are softened, add in almond milk and 1 tsp flour. Stir and simmer until slightly thickened.
Layer the onions on top of the chard.
Layer the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese on top of the onions.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
