Alomst no fat and very low calories. Alomst no fat and very low calories.

    Small bag frozen mixed vegetables
    2 diced potatoes

    1 large can red kidney beans
    1 large can diced tomatoes no salt added
    10 cups water
    season to taste


Add all ingredients into a big pot. Cook for at least 20 minutes to get the noodles done. Use what ever type of seasoning you prefer.
