Ingredients

1 lb extra lean ground beef
    3 cups mixed frozen vegetables
    3 tbsp Tone's gravy mix
    3 tsp Worchestershire sauce
2 cups dehydrated mashed potatoes (prepared)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (extra sharp)
    2 cups water

Directions

Use a dutch oven (large oven proof pan that can then be put in the oven) to brown beef. Brown beef with 1 cup water, 2 cloves garlic and 1 tbsp chopped raw onion. When beef is browned, most of the water will have evaporated. Add in 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables (corn, green beans, peas, carrots), 3 tbsp Tone's gravy mix, 3 tsp worchestershire sauce and 1 cup water. Simmer together until vegetables are cooked. In separate pan, prepare mashed potatoes. Preheat oven to 400 F. Remove beef and vegetables from heat and spread hot mashed potatoes over the top. Sprinkle top with 1 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese. Bake until the cheese is crispy and bubbly. Slice the "pie", as there is no crust to this particular version, into six evenly sized portions.

    Incredible!
I only had frozen peas in the freezer when I made this last night. I used the sear/sauté button on my Ninja Foodi, made the mashed potatoes in the microwave and after topping the potatoes with the cheese used the air crisp button for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Turned out excellent! - 8/31/19
