Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    6 cups large macaroni or pasta shells (cooked)
    1 stick of butter (sliced into pats)
    8 oz. 2% Velveeta (cut into thin slices)
    3 cups grated mild cheddar cheese
    13 oz. evaporated milk
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    milk (as needed)


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 9X12 glass dish with non-stick spray. Begin layering prepared ingrediants as follows: 1/2 of noodles sprinkled with salt and pepper, 1/2 of pats of butter, 1/2 velveeta slices, 1/2 of cheddar cheese, remainer of noodles sprinkled with salt and pepper, remainder of butter, remained of velveeta slices, remainder of shredded cheddar. Look at the side of the glass dish and notice the amount of liquid. Add milk as needed to fill dish with liquid to just below top of noodles.
Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is browned.
