Ingredients

    3 cups of milk, can substitute with vanilla soy or almond milk but the stats will differ
    7 eggs
    canned pumpkin- 3 cup
    16 slices of low calorie bread- 40 calories each
    2 cups of splenda, or to taste
    vanilla to taste
    pumpkin pie spice- to taste
    Cinnamon- to taste

Directions

1. mix 4 eggs, 2 cups of milk, vanilla, and some splenda and cinnamon in bowl
2. lay down 8 pieces of bread in baking pan
3. add 1/2 of mixture onto the bread
4. mix pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, 3 eggs, 1 cup of milk and splenda
5. put pumpkin mixture on top of first layer of bread
6. put 8 slices of bread on top of the pumpkin, add rest of milk and egg mixture
7. bake at 350 till golden brown
