Introduction

This is something my friends mom taught me how to make back in college. It's apparently a very common dish from Colombia. I just think it's super simple and super yummy! Ingredients

    1 bushel of cilantro
    1 medium onion (sweet)
    4 plum tomatoes
    1 peeled medium cucumber
    1 cup of feta cheese
    2 limes (4-6 tbsp if using bottled juice)
    2 lemons (4-6 tbsp is using bottled juice)
    1 tbsp olive oil
    salt to taste

Directions

Add chopped cilantro, dice onion, diced tomatoes, and diced peeled cucumber into a bowl. Add olive oil, lemon, and lime juice. Add feta cheese and gently mix. Add salt to taste.
