Introduction

You could easily make this for everyday eating by adding more veggies, but I make this during my Phase 2 of the hcg diet and it's delicious and filling! Ingredients

    100 grams fish or chicken
    1/2 cucumber, spiralized or shredded with peeler into noodles
    2-3 cups of water
    1 tbsp braggs liquid aminos
    1 tbsp acv or rice vinegar
    1 tsp thai hot chili sauce

Directions

Broil meat until cooked, then shred.

Combine all ingredients in small saucepan and heat until warmed through. Eat like soba noodle soup! Yummy!!
