Ingredients

    Boil, peel, and slice two eggs
    One 6 oz can tuna, packed in water, drained
    1/8 cup low carb mayo
    diced onion, to taste
    salt to taste
    1 tsp sweet relish
    1 medium tomato cut into 4 slices
    4 large lettuce leaves, washes, patted dry

Directions

Prepare hardboiled eggs, and dice into bowl once cooled. Add drained tuna fish, mayo, onion, salt, sweet relsih, and mix well. Rinse and pat dry a large leaf of lettuce. Place in the center 1/4 of the tuna salad mixture and top with slice of tomato. Wrap with lettuce leaf and enoy a breadless tuna salad!
