Introduction

This is my version of lamb korma. It isn't as thick or creamy as the restaurants, but it is less calories and fat. This is my version of lamb korma. It isn't as thick or creamy as the restaurants, but it is less calories and fat.

Ingredients

    1 Lb Lamb cut in pieces
    1 cup Fat Free Yogurt
    1/8 of a cup of sliced almonds or cashews
    4 cups of Broccoli chopped
    1/2 cup of raisins
    2 TBS of Homemade Gourmet Spiced Dip Mix
    (2 tsp of sugar and a mix of spices equal this)
    1 TBS of Cumin seed or powder

Directions

Place spices and meat in a bag and marinade overnight for best flavor.

Place lamb mixture into a heated pan and flash cook at very high temps. Be sure to constantly stir so not to burn meat. turn heat down and add yogurt, almonds, and raisins. Add broccoli and cover. Allow to simmer on low until broccoli is cooked. Server plain or over rice.
