Ingredients

Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix, 1 large bag (Country Style)
Celery, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Margarine, 1 Stick
Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1 cup
Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1 can
Cream of Celery Soup Reduced Fat, 1 can
Cream of Chicken Soup Reduced Fat, 1 can
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
For the balls: melt margarine in a frying pan. Add Celery and Onions. Cook until tender. Add to dressing mix along with egg and 1 cup broth. Form into balls.
For the gravy: Combine the cans of celery and chicken soup with the can of broth. Mix well. Pour a little of the mixture into the bottom of a large (13x9) dish. Add the balls and pour over the remaining soup mixture. Bake in the 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
