Introduction

Fill up on healthy vegetables and grains and lower cholesteral and blood glucose. Fill up on healthy vegetables and grains and lower cholesteral and blood glucose.

Ingredients

    4 cups Kirkland Stir Fry Vegetables
    Spray oil to coat pan
    1 cup Earthly Choice Heritage Grain Blend (Organic red and Organic gold quinoa, amaranth, brown rice, and wild rice)
    3 cups water
    2 cups Kirkland Egg Start (1 carton)
    Louisanna Hot Sauce to taste

Directions

Put 3 cups water into a 2 quart pan and add the Grain Blend. Bring to boil and then cook on medium to low heat for 20 minutes.

Spray steel wok or large skillet with Pam spray oil. Heat pan to medium heat. Add the frozen stir fry vegetables. Put lid on pan. Cook for 5 minutes then reduce heat to low for 15 minutes.

Add grains to wok with vegetables and turn heat on high. Add egg beaters and stir occasionally until egg is cooked. Serve with hot sauce to taste.
