    1 can of artichokes
    6-7 cherry tomatoes, quartered
    3 tbsp of giariniera
    2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Directions

place the giardiniera in a skillet, and saute the veggies in it.

once put into bowls, put 1 tbsp of parmesan cheese on top.
