Ingredients

1 c. wheat flakes (Wheaties)
1 c. oat flakes (oat bran flakes)
1/3 c. bran flakes
1/2 c. wheat germ
1.5 dates, chopped
4 dried apricot halves, chopped
4 Tbsp. raisins
Directions
Mix flakes, wheat germ, apricots, dates, and raisins in a jar. Shake well to mix. Store in a dry place or in refrigerator. It can be stored indefinitely.
