Ingredients

* Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
* Sour Cream, .75 cup
* *Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, 1 cup
* Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
* Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
* *Onion powder, 1 tbsp
* Salt, 1 tsp
* Pepper, black, 1 tsp
* Spaghetti Squash, 5 cup
Directions
Half the squash, pierce a few time with a fork
Cook spaghetti squash in microwave until tender enough to fluff with fork (approx 6 minutes)
Mix cooked squash with all other ingredients (save a bit of shredded cheese and a dash of parm)
Smoosh into a baking dish ( i use a round glass casserole dish)
Top with extra shredded cheese and parmesan
Bake covered for about 45 mins at 375
Take foil off and bake or broil an additional 10 minutes to brown the cheese
EAT!
Makes about 6 generous servings or 8 smaller side servings.
