Ingredients

1/4 Cup (4 tbsp) Flax Meal (I used golden Flax when I took the photo).
20g (2 tbsp) Vital Wheat Gluten.
1/8 cup (2 tbsp) Wheat Bran.
1.75 tsp Baking Powder.
2 Egg Whites.
0.666 tbsp (2 tsp) Canola (or EVOO) oil.
2 tbsp Torani Sugar Free Vanilla Flavoring Syrup
2 tbsp Walden Farms Calorie Free Pancake Syrup
26.66g (1.333 tbsp) Unsweetened Applesauce
Directions
Makes 6 small muffins.
Preheat Oven to 350 deg.
Combine dry ingredients in medium bowl and mix together.
Combine wet ingredients in small bowl and mix together.
Carefully fold wet ingredients into dry making sure there are no dry lumps not thoroughly moist.
I used silicone muffin cups but if you use a muffin pan spray pan with non stick cooking oil.
Immediately place muffins in Oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
