Introduction
This is a refreshing twist on an old classic. The tangy lemon is perfectly offset with the sharp garlic and herbal parsley flavors! You can also mash this and serve hot for a neat take on mashed potatoes! This is a refreshing twist on an old classic. Oh MY GOD! So freaking GOOD! Can't believe there's no mayo! You should make a note to make SURE to chop the green onion as FINE as possible or it has a plastic texture- but you did say" finely"- so that was my fault! LOL- but LOVED this and will be making at EVERY family picnic from now on! - 3/4/11
