Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Carrot, chopped
    1 Celery Stalk, chopped
    1 can 4 bean salad, not drained
    1 can Chick Peas, rinsed and drained
    1/2 onion small, chopped
    3 T red onion, chopped
    1/2 c Frozen Peas
    1 can Black Olives, rinsed and drained
    1/3 head Cauliflower, chopped
    1/2 to 1 C Mushrooms, rinsed and sliced
    1/2 small Cucumber, peeled and diced
    1/2 to 1 C Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half
    1 can Beets, rinsed, drained and diced

Directions

Rinse as needed, Chop, dice and mix all ingredients. Drain, rinse all canned items EXCEPT the 4 Bean Salad. Put all in bowl and mix well.
Makes about 6 - 8 / 1Cup Servings.
Top with your favorite dressing or add to a bowl of lettuce greens or add more veges.
