I make a large batch and freeze to last a few meals. I make a large batch and freeze to last a few meals.

Ingredients

    10 cups white flour
    12 eggs

    put flour in a large bowl. make a well in the middle of the flour. break eggs into well and stir eggs, adding a little flour as you go. mix into a stiff dough. roll out on table to your desired thickness. let dry. roll up and cut to your desired size. use as needed or freeze.

    makes about 3 quart size baggies full
