Ingredients

    Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 3 cup
    Flour, whole grain, 1 cup
    Yeast, bakers, 2 ounce (1 tbsp dried yeast)
    Salt, 1 tbsp

Directions

Put flour and salt into bowl. Make well and put some warm water and sprinkle yeast on top. Sit for 5 mins to activate yeast. Mix in enough water to get sticky dough (about 2 cups including activation water). Knead on floured board. Let rise about 1.5 - 2hrs. Split into two loaves. Knead again and roll into logs. Slash tops with knife and let rise again for an hour on tray you will bake on. Heat oven to 400F. Splash cup of water directly on floor of oven to create steam and put loaves in and drop heat to 350F. Bake for 30 - 35 mins (Drop temperature and cooking time by 10 for fanforced)
