Ingredients

    1/2 cup of almonds sliced
    1/4 Tbsp of lemon juice
    1/4 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp of white pepper
    1 pound of lump crabmeat
    1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
    1 1/2 cup of Fresh Spinach

    Yellow raisins, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, orange slices also work well with this recipe.

Directions

Open the crabmeat and let it drain

In a large bowl mix in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, white pepper, olive oil, and fresh spinach. Mix the ingredients until completely mixed.

Place the mixture into salad plates or salad bowls, sprinkle sliced almonds over the salad and serve.
