    4 bonless, skinless chicken breast
    1 cup salsa
    1 package reduced sodium taco seasoning
    1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream


Add Chicken to slow cooker
Sprinkle with taco seasoning over chicken
pour salsa and soup over chicken
cook on low 6-8 hrs
remove from heat & stir in sour cream

    This chicken is amazing!! I have made it a few times, and I am obsessed! Everybody has tried it also loved it...Last time I made it in the oven, baking it for about 2 hours @ 350. - 12/9/07

    This was a good dish. I shredded the chicken. Add a can of black beans, 1 can of corn kernals, and 1 can of green chiles. We had it on tortilla shells. I also forgot the sour cream, I think it would have been a very nice touch.

    This recipe was great and very easy!! A little too salty for me though. Next time will only use half a package of taco seasoning. To follow the calories listed I broke up the chicken servings came out to about 3/4 cup of the mixture. - 1/18/09

    This dish was SO simple and SO delicious-- I just can't get over it! I listened so some of the reviews on here & only used half a packet of taco seasoning(HOT--gave it a nice kick)! Instead of using cream of mushroom soup I did cream of celery.I also added some frozen corn when it was almost done! - 8/31/10

    I let the chicken go in the slow cooker for like 6 hours on low with chicken broth. Then emptied the liquid, shredded the chicken, and added the rest of the ingredients for 2 hours. Served on hard taco shells, YUM! :) - 4/23/11
