    3/4 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
    1/2 c canned pumpkin
    1/2 c skim milk
    1 TBsp vanilla protein powder
    1 tsp ground flaxseed
    3 ice cubes


Combine all ingredients in blender and beld until smooth and frothy!! Enjoy!!
