Introduction

This is a very good receipe. It's hard to calucate servings. Not sure how much as you make a hugh batch and put it in the freezer. Keeps for 2 month. When ready to serve you take 1/2 c. Serving with 1 C. hot water or serve cold with milk or Soy milk. Let it sit for a couple of minutes to thicken. good with non-sugar applesauce to mix in. This is a very good receipe. Ingredients

    4.1/2 C. rolled oats
    1/2 C. wheat germ
    1/2 C. wheat bran
    1/2 C. oat bran
    1 C. Raisins
    1/3 C. finely chopped dates
    1/3 C. walnuts
    1/3 C. raw sunflower seeds (no salt)

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, wheat germ, wheat bran, oat bran, nuts and seeds. mix well
put in an airtight container and will last 2 months in Freezer. serve eithe rhot or cold with fresh fruit and soy milk/almond milk.

Serving Size: batch will last a long time. I did APPROX 25-1/2 C. Servings
