Ingredients

    1 can (151/2 oz) Black beans rinsed and drained
    1 can (151/2 oz) Red beans rinsed and drained
    1 can (151/2 oz) Great Northern beans rinsed and drained
    1 can (151/2 oz) Black Eyed Peas rinsed and drained
    1 can (151/2 oz) Lima beans rinsed and drained
    1 1/2 cup Ketchup
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped red pepper
    1 cup chopped bell pepper
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup water
    2 to 3 teaspoons cider vinegar
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    2 bay leaves
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and stir. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or until onion and peppers are tender. Remove and discard bay leaves
