Ingredients

    Woodstock Farms Broccoli Florets, 3 cups
    Jewel Baby Lima Beans, 2.5 cups
    Mushroom Sliced Baby Bella, 9 oz
    Garlic clove, 6 servings
    Green Onion, fresh, 3 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Seasoning such as pepper and seasalt, as needed

Directions

Saute Garlic and Mushrooms, keep stirring then add fresh onions.

Add Broccoli and keep stirring.

Pour a bag of Lima Beans into a microwavable dish and add 1/3 cup of water. Microwave on high for about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain well afterwards.

Mix the lima beans into the sauted broccoli, stir in low heat and season (pepper and sea salt, as needed).

Serving Size: Makes about 5 servings
