Ingredients

    3 large eggs,
    Slice of american cheese,
    3 Slices of Turkey deli meat,
    Non-stick skillet spray.

Directions

Mix 2 egg whites with 1 full egg in a bowl. Beat together with fork or wisk. Dice turkey meat. Spray calorie free pam (or the generic non-stick spray) into skillet. Turn the skillet on to medium high. When the skillet is warm, pour eggs into the skillet. Do not stir. As the eggs begin to bubble, add turkey and cheese. Use a spatula to flip omlet in half! when cheese begins to melt, the omlet is done. Yummy. Eat up!
