    1 c egg sub
    1/2c sherry
    1/3 c poppy seed
    1/2c canola oil
    1 pkg instant fat free vanilla pudding
    1 pkg yellow cake

Directions

Mix everything together and into cake pan or cupcakes 2/3 full.
Bake at 375 35/40 min
