Ingredients

    3 Cucumbers
    3 Tomatoes
    1 Medium Red Onion
    1 c. Feta Cheese
    1/4 c. Olive Oil
    1 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
    8 pitted kalmata olives
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cut tomato, cucumber, and onion into bite-sized chunks. Mix together with remaining ingredients. Chill and serve.
