Ingredients

    1-10oz box frozen spinach, squeeze and remove juice
    1-8oz box cream cheese
    1 can rotel
    3 cups grated cheese(any variety. I like colby, monterey jack and mozzarella)
    10 slices jalapeno peppers chopped up or half a can of chopped chilies(2 oz can)

Directions

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
