Introduction

Quick, easy and super yummy filling taco filling! Or you could eat it as a chili or with nacho chips! Quick, easy and super yummy filling taco filling! Or you could eat it as a chili or with nacho chips!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8oz Pork cut into bite size pieces
    1/4C Water
    2 med onions diced
    1 large pepper cut into bite size pieces
    1/2 can of Corn
    .5 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
    2 tbsp Chili seasoning


Directions

Start cutting pork tenderloin into bite size pieces and cook in pan with non cook spray.
Once cooked toss into bean mixture
Meanwhile:

1)Rinse the black beans and put into pot, Turn on low
2) Add 1/4C of water, The chili and cayenne seasonings
3)Dice onions and peppers and toss in
4)Add 1/4-1/2C of corn
Let simmer until onions and peppers have softened

Serving Size: Makes 8-10 Tacos, 4-6 1c servings of chili
