Ingredients

    4 cups frozen blackberries
    2 cups self rising flour
    1 cup Splenda
    2 cups skim milk
    4 tbsp Smart Balance Light spread, melted

Directions

Preheat conventional oven for 350 degrees. Lightly butter a 13x9 baking dish. Place self rising flour, Splenda, and skim milk in a bowl and mix well. Pour batter into buttered 13x9 dish. Then drizzle melted Smart Balance spread over batter evenly. Drop the frozen blackberries over batter, evenly. Place uncooked cobbler in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour. The crust should be a nice golden brown color when finished. Serves 12..
