Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/3 cup rolled oats
    1/3 cup oat bran
    2 T raisins
    1 T raw sugar
    1 dash salt
    1/2 t cinnamon
    1 - 1 1/2 cups water


    *1 T flax seed (optional)
    *1/4 c chopped apple

Directions

Mix together rolled oats, oat bran, raisins, sugar, salt, cinnamon & water.

Cook on high in microwave for 1 minute. Stir, cook 35 seconds to 1 minute more (depending on your microwave). Stir & add more water if needed.

Add flax seeds and fresh cubed apple. Stir & Enjoy!
