Ingredients

    1 cup mashed fresh banana
    1- 4 oz snack cup unsweetened apple sauce
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 large egg
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup white flour
    1/2 cup WW flour
    1/4 cup ground flax
    1/4 cup veg oil
    3/4 cup chocolate chips, chopped pecans, blueberries, etc. (optional)

Directions

Combine all wet ingredients, add flour mixture and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill muffin cups and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
