These pumpkin muffins are super easy and tasty. It makes a moist muffin that can be used for a quick breakfast or a low cal dessert if you add cream chesse frosting. Ingredients

    Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 1 cup
    Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, .5 cup
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup
    Canola Oil, .33 cup
    Agave Nectar, 16 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp pumpkin spice
    2 tsp cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg

Directions

Combine all wet ingredients. Add in dry ingredients and mix together.
Line muffin cups and fill 3/4 way full with mixture.
(You can sprinkle some pecans on top for added crunch.)
Bake in 350 oven for 25 - 30 minutes.
