Introduction

This is yummy chili and very forgiving too. You can add any vegetable or beans you like. Add little brown sugar instead of ketchup. Ingredients

    Black Beans cooked 2 cup
    Beans red kidney, cooked 2 cup
    Oats, .5 cup raw
    *Brown Rice, long grain, .5 cup
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    Canned Tomatoes, 4 cup
    Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Hunt's Ketchup, 2 tbsp
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Tofu, firm, 1 cup cubed
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp

Directions

Heat oil in a large pan and add curshed garlic, onions and crushed red pepper flakes. Saute until onions are soft. Add italian seasoning stir and add rest of the ingredients. Bring it to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Add more water if chili is too thick.
