Introduction

Ingredients

    2 fillets of Smoked Haddock (depending on the size of the fillets)
    1 cup of basmati rice
    1tsp curry powder (depending on personal taste)
    2 large free range eggs
    0.5 cups of frozen peas
    Dash of Skimmed Milk

Directions

1. Put the rice on to cook (2 cups of water to every 1 cup of rice)
2. Meanwhile hard boil the eggs
3. Boil the fish in a mixture of the milk and water
4. Once the eggs are boiled, peel them and cut them into quarters.
5. Once fish, rice and eggs are cooked. Spray a non-stick pan with the oil spray and add the fish and peas. Cook for appx. 2 minutes.
6. Add the rice and curry powder and make sure the curry is mixed in.
7. 1 minute before the end of cooking, add the eggs and stir.**
8. Once the eggs have been mixed in, serve!!

**Alternatively, you can just serve the eggs on the side, which is more traditional.
