Ingredients

    5 cups of veg broth
    1 cup of water
    1 lb of turkey (less, if you want, but I like it hearty and meaty)
    1 package of basmati rice from Uncle Bens (equals out to be 2 cups of basmati rice)
    2-3 cups of kale (again, less if you want)
    2 tsp of ground turmeric

Directions

cook and brown ground turkey
cook kale
cook basmati rice
add above to water, broth and turmeric
