    1 Lb- Ground beef, lean
    1 Lb- Ground Turkey 93%
    1 Large Egg
    1/2 cup of Progresso Bread Crumbs (Italian)
    Pomi Stewed Tomatoes
    1 sm onion
    Garlic salt


Pre- Heat oven to 350
chop the onion in small pieces, mix in a bowl all the ingrediants except the stewed tomatoes (Best to use POMI brand).

Once all mixed, put in a loaf pan, cover with foil and put in oven for 30 minutes. Take out, add the Pomi stewed tomatoes to the top of the loaf and put back in the oven (covered) and bake for the rest of the 30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 -1 inch slices
