Ingredients

    Lasagna Noodles No 8 1 box
    Prego Marinara Sauce 2 jars
    2 Large Eggplants peeled and sliced into rounds
    Ricottta Cheese 8oz
    Mozzarella 4 cups
    Parmesan Cheese Grated 3 tbsp
    Italian Seasoning
    Olive Oil
    Fresh Garlic minced

Directions

Boil noodles according to instructons on package
In a large pan. brown eggplant with olive oil and italian seasoning. Mix 2 tsps of garlic into Ricotta Cheese. Layer items in the following order in rectangular baking dish
sauce (enought to lightly cover bottom)
3 to 4 lasagna noodles, allow edges to overlap.

Cover and bake for 30mins uncover and bake another 5 at 350 degrees
